[01] How it works
Three steps, and the last one is always yours.

You ask
The way you would ask someone on your team: “create a daily schedule to Santiago at 6:15” or “summarize today’s operation”.

It drafts
It reads your operation with your own permissions and builds the changes step by step: the route, the schedule, the fare. Nothing is applied yet.
- 03
You confirm
You review the whole draft and confirm or discard it. Only then does your operation change.

Creates terminals and updates their details.

Executive, standard or whichever you use.

Adds buses with their fleet number, plate and capacity.

Origin, destination and stops.

Passenger categories
Adult, child, student and any you need.

Invites employees and assigns them a terminal and an existing role.

[03] What it never does
Limits that are not up for debate.
It never touches money
It doesn’t sell, charge, refund or open and close the cash drawer. It can tell you about sales and revenue if you ask.
It never creates roles or permissions
And it never does more than the role of whoever is asking allows.
It never deletes anything
To take something out of use, it deactivates it.
It never changes sold tickets
A new price only applies to what is sold afterwards.
It never applies anything on its own
Everything it proposes is a draft a person confirms.

Weekly credits with your plan, and packs when you need more.
Plan credits renew every Monday and don’t roll over. Packs never expire and are used once the week’s credits run out.

Uli is made by Spiicy Labs.
The same assistant is coming to the studio’s other products. In Ubuuus, Uli only sees your company, and only with the permissions of whoever uses it.

What people usually ask about Uli.
Can Uli see other companies’ data?
No. It works inside your company and with the permissions of the person writing to it.
What happens when credits run out?
Uli pauses until Monday, when plan credits renew, or until you buy a pack.
Can I decide who uses it?
Yes. Using Uli is a role permission, and you assign each person their share of the week’s credits.
Can I change what I already confirmed?
Yes. Whatever Uli creates can be edited or deactivated later from the dashboard, like any other change.
