How the 1% works.
1% per ticket sold
At the ticket office or in the app, with a minimum of RD$5 and a cap of RD$25 per ticket. On Corporate it is tiered: 1% on the first 4,000 tickets of the month, 0.75% from 4,001 to 8,000 and 0.5% from 8,001. Online sales are deducted at payout; ticket office sales are billed with your plan at month end.
Passengers pay no extra
They see the price you set, the same at the counter and in the app. Ubuuus adds no fees.
Payment gateway, separately
On card sales, the gateway charges its own fee. It is not Ubuuus revenue and we show it to you separately.
White label: 1% or 1.5%
If your app also lists your trips on Ubuuus, you stay at 1%. If you prefer not to appear, the fee is 1.5%.

White label
Your own app with your logo and colors. US$990 setup (RD$62,400) and US$159 a month (RD$10,000). 1% fee if your trips also appear on Ubuuus, 1.5% if not. On Corporate the monthly fee is included and setup costs US$495.
Uli, extra credits
Packs that never expire: US$20, 40 or 100 (RD$1,260, 2,520 or 6,300) for 130, 350 or 1,000 credits.
Parcels with UPAQ
US$19.99 a month with Starter or Growth, US$39.99 on its own. Included in Fleet and Corporate. No per-shipment fee.
Do my passengers pay anything extra?
No. They pay the ticket price you set. The Ubuuus fee and the gateway fee are paid by the company.
Do you charge per parcel I ship with UPAQ?
No. UPAQ is paid only through the monthly subscription; there is no per-shipment fee.
How is the 1% charged on cash sales?
Every ticket office sale is recorded in the system. The 1% on those sales is added to your monthly invoice, and you can see the detail in your dashboard.
