What people ask us most.

How do I pay?

By card, through dLocal, our payment provider. Ubuuus does not see or store your full card number.

Does Ubuuus charge me anything?

No. You pay the price the company sets. If a company charged a fee of its own, you would see it separately before paying.

Can I change or refund my ticket?

It depends on the company. Each one sets its own deadlines, and you see them at the payment step, before paying.

Do I need an account?

Not to buy on the web. To manage your tickets in the app (changes, transfers and tracking), yes.

How do I use the ticket?

Show the QR code when boarding the bus, on your phone or printed. The company scans it.
